Following a previous announcement by the Hellenic Equestrian Federation regarding the commencement of its collaboration with Sports Psychologist Ms. Flora Papitsi, we would like to inform you about the 2nd educational session of the program for 2026.

Target group: Athletes of the Children and Juniors categories – Dressage

The session will take place within the framework of the HEF training seminar and will focus on the following topics:

• Sports psychology

• Mental training

• Stress management

• Psychological preparation of athletes
