1st Educational Session in Sports Psychology

With the participation of more than 40 athletes, the first online Educational Sports Psychology Session was successfully held yesterday, Sunday, in collaboration with the Hellenic Equestrian Federation’s partner, Sports Psychologist Ms. Flora Papitsi.

The session was attended by Children and Junior athletes of Show Jumping. The second online educational session will focus on Children and Junior athletes of Dressage.

Additional sessions will follow throughout the year for all athletes, as well as for parents.
