The Mediterranean Team in Barcelona

A team of four athletes will participate in the Equestrian sport at the XVIII Mediterranean Games, which will be held in Barcelona instead of Tarragona for the equestrian sport.

The Greek mission consists of the Senior Champion 2018, Alexandros Fourlis with Grandeur, Angelos Toulopis with Idealisca, Senior Champion 2017, Ioli Mytilineou with Mon Ame II and Hannah Mytilineou with Laverin Du Saar. The leader of the Greek team is Mr. Aris Kypreos.

The horses of the Greek mission have already arrived at the Real Polo Club de Barcelona Center on Sunday, and on Wednesday, June 27th, the Team Competition will be held and on the 29th of June the Individual Competition.

In the previous event, in Pescara in 2009, the Greek team with Alexandros Fourlis, Antonis Petris, Yuri Kermendi and Elina Dendrinou, won the bronze medal at the Team Competition.
