Equestrian competitions in Markopoulo after 6 months!

After six months of forced domestic inactivity due to measures for COVID-19 virus, equestrian competitions were again successfully held at the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo on April 3 and 4.

The Hellenic Equestrian Federation announced after the approval of the General Secretariat of Sports a competition for the preparation of National Teams in the two equestrian sports of dressage and jumping without the presence of spectators and observing all the Health Protocols that were also approved by the Committee. Everyone who entered the facility, athletes and escorts, brought a negative antigen test from an accredited laboratory.

In both competitions, only children, juniors, young riders, Amazons and seniors and young horses competed in view of their upcoming international obligations.
