Succesfully herd the CEI & Endurance Cup !

With many participants from Greece and the Balkan countries and with great success, both the CEI and the  Endurance Cup were completed succeasfully yesterday afternoon at the Kilkis Equestrian Club.

In the CEIs, Greece won two gold medals thanks to Alexandros Alafragis and Angeliki Mermigidi.

The Greek athlete with Zafer took part in the CEI1*, completing the 100 km of his route in a time of 07:16:34, winning the 1st place. In 2nd place in CEI1* was Nektaria Aliferi with GA Artemis and in 3rd place was Aris Paraskevopoulos with Achzan.

Angeliki Mermigidi with Kami was in 1st place in the CEI1* for juniors- young riders, with a time of 06:44:50 over 100 km. of her route. In 2nd place was Georgia Mamai with Farah and in 3rd place was Marianna Roussi with M Aggeo.

In the CEI3* of 140 km, which was held for the first time in Greece, the big winner was the Bulgarian Nikolay Nikolov with Edelways, who completed the 140 km. in a time of 09:40:49. In the CEI2*, the winner was the Romanian Mihai Tiberia Popescu with Xaver Gazal who completed the 120 km. in a time of 07:59:32.

Amazons were major protagonists in the Cup taking the titles in all Categories. More specifically, in the Senior Category the Cup Winner was Panagiota Chrysanthakopoulou with Romanos of IPOA, in the Young Riders Category Maria Somaraki with Spirit of IOKIL, in the Junior Category Evdokia Vasila with Oriris of IOKAB, in the Children Category C Nicoletta Konstantinidou with GA Pegasus of IPOA and in the Children Category D Mikaela Vlagkopoulou also of the IPOA with Ivy.
