With great interest is expected the "M" CHAMPIONSHIP 2019 "at the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo, where the Champions will be featured in the two Olympic sports, Jumping and Dressage.

The "M" CHAMPIONSHIP 2019, will be held on the 23rd and 26th of May, jumping at the main grass arena, and dressage will start on Friday, May 24th on the sand arena. It will be dedicated to the memory of Yannis Papadimitriou, one of the pillars of the jumping sport, who recently died.

This year's Championship is expected to have a record of entries, with more than 400 pairs of riders from all over Greece taking part for the titles of the champions at the two sports in the categories of children, juniors, young riders and seniors. In addition the winning Amazon and the winner of he young horses will be declaired.

Greek champions in the classesof children, juniors, young riders and seniors and winner Amazon are the athletes who have scored the highest score from the Championship 1 & 2 and the Championship Final. The Championship Final score will be increased by 100%. In the event of a tie, the best ranking in the Final Championship counts.

After the first two championships in the Seniors Class Paola Martini of IAOF with Electic Elvis with 40 points is in the 1st place, in the Juniors class, Melina Piemanidi with Candice of IPPOK and Maria Nicolaidou of AKITH with Flippo VDL are in 1st place, Semeli Pop with Arabella's of EIO with 36 points, Anna Dannali with Con Top of IOM, and IKALSG Angelika Karakasili with Captain Cunterbunt is in first place with 32 points. Entrance to the Olympic Equestrian Center in Markopoulo will be free for the public, and this four-day event will be a celebration for the whole family with many parallel events, such as educational horses for kids and a children's farm.
