Norway winner at the Longines FEI Jumping NC Division 2 Final

With the Norwegians cheering into Zorba's sounds, the Athens Equestrian Festival 2019 & Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup Division 2 Final was completed shortly before.

The winner of the Nations Cup Final was the Norwegian team with its four riders to score 0 points in the two rounds, winning both the Nations Cup and the ticket to the Barcelona World Nations Cup Final in October.

The Greek team with Alexander Fourlis &Grandeur, Gregoris Voglis with Quelly Briquedale and Angelos Touloupis with Idealisca scored 25 points in the two rounds with very good performances and took the 5th place. In second place was the Portuguese team, which also received the ticket for the Barcelona final, having 4 penatlies in the two rounds. In the third place was the team of Poland with 8 penalties.

 In today's penultimate Grand Prix Nuxe event, three Bulgarian athletes were in the 3 places of the podium. In 1st place Angel Nyagolov with Sanvacento with fastest time in the jump off 49.97, Ivailo Bonev with Nimbus with 0 points and time 50.22 and Anton Datzinski with Jesica iwith 4 penatlies in Round 1.

In the 15th class of the AEF 2019 of 1.25m. two of our athletes took the first two places. In 1st place was Nikos Drougas with E. Brightwood Dorado with clear round in best time of 54.27 and in 2nd place Annie Vatidis with Castor Z in time 54.32. In 3rd place was for Cyprus Anna Irene Goset with Zvegor in time 55.03.

In the morning class height 1.45m. Portuguese Luis Sabino Gonsalves took the 1st place with Dominka van de Lucashoeve with a double clear round and time 29.49. In 2nd lace was Andrej Oplatek of Poland with Conthinder with a double clear and time 29.66 and in 3rd place Italy's Antonio Maria Garofalo of Hope van de Horthoeve with 0 and 30.49 respectively.
