In Istanbul the Balkan Jumping CH

This year, after six years, the Balkan Jumping Championship returns to Istanbul, which will take place at the Kemer Country Club from September 5-8.

Aiming in winning as many medals as possible, Greece will compete in the four classs, children, juniors, young riders, seniors and amazons with 23 athletes:

In the children team competitiom, Semeli Pop with Arabella, Simeon Paraschakis with Zovidius, Maria Kokkinaki with Armagedon delle Roane and Maria Indrinou with Anaconda will competie. Also, in the Individual category, Aphrodite Gliki will also compete with Golden Flame.

Maria Nicolaidou with Flippo VDL, Valeria Zachariou with D'Artagnan, Stavros Theophanopoulos with Taquine du Vivier and Athena Zolota Giara with Ulysse d'Orbec will be part of the JuniorsTeam. In the individual category, Annie Vatidis will also compete with Castor Z, Melina Peimanides with Indy S and Artemis Pitsikou with Cosby.

Antonis Antoniou with Inca vd Withoeve, Selini Pop with Brandy Sugar, Yiannis Scandalis with Concordia 38 and Gregory Voglis with Quelly Briquedale will take part in the Seniors Team and Individual competitions. 

The Amazon Team will include Angelika Karakasilis with Cuptain Cuterbunt, Katerina Laskarides with Calandra 21, Anna Levi with Coeur de Lion and Danae Besdemioti with Campino 485. Also in the category Irene Spanou with Copyright and Sophia Toki with Vaudou de la Vaure will compete. In the category of Young Riders, Giorgos Mimarides will compete with Larimar des Baumes.

The first veterinary check is tomorrow morning, with the competition starts on Thursday, 5/9. Outside Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Croatia, Serbia and Northern Macedonia will take part in this year's Balkan Championships.
Head of Mission is Mr. Kostas Karakasilis, First Vice President and Team Chef d'Equipe Mr. Aris Kypraios, a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Technical Committee.
